Return Policy
Our aim is to create happy customers. We go to great lengths to carefully describe our items, including details of any flaws the merchandise may possess. If you have questions about any of the items on display, we encourage you to call us at the shop, 215-733-xxxx and we will be happy to give you as much detail as possible.
If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt of the item) and we will be happy to assist you in arranging a full refund or exchange. The Buyer will be responsible for return-delivery and insurance costs.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Personal checks must clear our bank before shipment is made.
Pennsylvania residents must add 7% sales tax. If you are a re-seller, please supply us with your valid resale number and we will negate the tax. Our store is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Damage Policy
Gilberts Antique Gallery takes extra precaution to pack our merchandise to prevent damage and breakage. We take further precaution by insuring all items shipped. If, despite our efforts, your item/s arrives damaged, you will be required to file a claim with the insurance carrier. Do not re-pack nor return the damaged item or items to us unless you have filed a return authorization form and have been instructed in writing to do so. Once the insurance claim has been processed, we will work with you to exchange or refund the item.
Shipping Policy
Gilberts Antique Gallery agrees to accommodate all shipping arrangements for all buyers, and will work with the buyer to ensure the most cost effective and efficient shipping arrangement. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Please inspect all items before signing the drivers receipt ticket. Be aware that by signing the drivers ticket, you are agreeing that the item is received in an acceptable condition.
Items will only be released from the Gilberts Antique Gallery premises when full payment is received and verified.
